Friends of Tulare Animal Services Annual Fundraiser: Barks & Bourbon. This is a fun event. Live Auction, Heavy Appetizers, Bourbon Tasting, Cigar Bar and Canine Fashion Show. 20's attire encouraged. Please help our cause to provide rescue to animals in our community and Low Cost Spay and Neuter. Over 1600 Animals were saved from euthanasia in 2019 thanks to community support.
