The Tulare Chamber of Commerce & COS Foundation collaborate to host a wine tasting event that provides funds for additional enhancements of the Tulare COS Campus and the Tulare Chamber educational programs.
A collection of 109 select bottles of wine will be the grand prize raffled off during the event.
