Barks & Bourbon
Recognizing that animals provide therapy to many individuals, Tulare Hospital Foundation has teamed up with Friends of Tulare Animal Services to bring focus on animal adoption and rescuing efforts. The 4th Annual Barks & Bourbon, speak easy event will feature food, fun, flappers, heavy appetizers, silent auction, free bourbon tasting, and this year a CANINE FASHION SHOW! Save a life and ADOPT A PET!
